The Oregon Manifest presents bicycle frame builders with the challenge of designing the best utility bicycle. These designs range from large cargo bikes that carry heavy loads to lighter bikes suited for the challenges of urban commuting.
I recently had the absolute pleasure of building the pictured YiPsan all-road bike for Catherine. The frame is hand crafted in the lugged tradition. I refer to this bike as an “all-road” bike because it is designed to accept wider cyclocross tires, but has road bike geometry.
I just built this YiPsan steel 29er mountain bike. The frame is fillet brazed and finished with a translucent red that allows you to see the brazing underneath. Stop by the shop and check the bike out in person or better yet set up a demo.
