It is always fun to bring memories to life.

Raleigh Restoration
We had the pleasure of giving this Raleigh a ‘factory reset’ over the past few weeks. Under the dirt, dust, and lots of rust was a beautiful bicycle.

Shelby Restoration
Unlocking the magic of memories never gets old, in fact, it is one of the more gratifying aspects of our job.

Mid 1960s Schwinn Jaguar
This was a fun project! Originally the client wanted fresh chrome and paint. After a brief consultation the decision was made to keep the bike original and polish the bike up.

Pilot Bicycle Restoration
This rusty little Pilot was a really fun restoration project! The bicycle’s owner chose to have the bike painted and some of the more character-building pieces chromed. The finished product shows it all and her childhood bike is ready to go!

Glutton for Punishment
Some old bikes just want to be resurrected from their state of rusty disrepair. They yearn to be born again as fresh, near-new machines waiting to hit the road… this bike was not one of those bikes.

Schwinn Restoration
Our latest restoration was a ton of fun. The scope of the work called for fresh paint and a few new parts but no headlight work or chrome plating.

Peugeot Mini Restoration
This was a fun project. Lots of chrome polishing and cleaning. The real fun was re-routing the generator wires internally for a much cleaner look.

Schwinn Clean Up
We had the pleasure of bringing a young lady’s childhood dream to life. She always wanted an old Schwinn cruiser and while trolling the antique shops she found the bike she could not live without.

Warrior Restoration
This beautiful Warrior restoration came together super nice. Nothing beats fresh paint and chrome.

Harry Havnoonian Back in Action!
We had the honor to bring this Harry Havnoonian back to life.

Mini Restoration
This was a mini restoration we completed on a Western Flyer. We are most proud of the work we did on the non-functioning light.

Paramount Clean Up
This was one of my favorite restorations. The bike is owned by my pediatrician. He purchased it from his family’s bike shop a few decades ago.

Second Life
We just completed this Firestone Pilot restoration. The owner dug it out of her barn and now has a fun way to re-live her childhood. What a fun challenge!

Clean It Up
This was a fun project, not a full restoration but fun none the less.

Schwinn Re-Birth
This was a fun project. The old Schwinn American Deluxe was rustier than an old grill. Our orders were to restore it without doing any re-chroming or paint work. We were quite pleased with the results.

Saddle Restoration

J.C. Higgins Re-Birth
A few months ago a woman named Ann stopped by The Bicycle Escape with a very rusty bicycle and a story. The story goes that she grew up with little material wealth.
